With the change of market environment and the development of technology,the research of company strategy is developing gradually under a lot of strategists' studying.At present,China's economy has entered a new normal of high-speed growth.“The Belt and Road” and “Four-Pronged Comprehensive” strategies fully implemented,and a new round of innovation and entrepreneurship in full swing,the new round of state-owned enterprise reform to accelerate progress.In the next five years,STK company will carry new missions of innovation development,state-owned assets reform and resource integration,it needs to establish a new starting point and seize new opportunities to realize new achievements,new leapfrogging and new development in the new round of reform and innovation in S city.The thesis is based on the related theories of enterprise management,enterprise development strategy,market competition strategy and marketing,taking the development strategy of STK company as the research object,firstly,it reviews and analyzes the three stages of the development of enterprise strategy research and development,which are the theory of strategic management based on environment,the theory of competitive strategy based on the industry(market)structure,and the theory of core competence based on resources and knowledge;secondly,combining with the history and present situation of the development of STK company,using PEST tools from the political,economic,social,technogical,industrial to analyze the external environment,from financial resources,organizational structure,production resources,human resources and marketing to analyze internal environment and capacity conditions which STK company is facing;then,using SWOT method to comprehensively analyze the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of STK company,it is currently in the quadrant position of “expansion strategy area”,the advantage is greater than the disadvantage,the opportunity is greater than the challenge,so the advantage-opportunity(SO)strategy should be taken first,accelerate the seize of opportunities,give full play to the advantages,Proactively explore the business model of state-owned capital investment companies.Finally,determining the strategic objectives and choices of the company's development,implement the transformation of the expansion,reform and transfer the amount of "two-wheel drive",build three platforms includes financial holdings,science parks and industrial investment,promote resource assetization,capitalization of assets and development of capital securitization,promoting the rational flow of state-owned capital,transforming forms and becoming stronger,also propose safeguard measures for the implementation of the strategy.The research of the thesis provides guidance for the work of each department of STK company and other respective enterprises in the future stage,which is conducive to maintaining the strong combat effectiveness and vitality of the enterprise,improving the competitiveness of the enterprise,and providing reference for other state-owned enterprises in S city.
