mode.China is a big country in cross-border trade,and cross-border e-commerce is the main trend and direction of the development of cross-border trade in China.A International Freight Forwarder Company which has been engaged in cross-border trade,relying on its port and airport advantages,it occupies an important position in the cross-border logistics industry.With the deepening of the policy of cross-border trade,cross-border trade will develop faster.This is a very favorable development opportunity for A International Freight Forwarder Company.However,due to the short time of operation and lack of experience in cross-border e-commerce logistics business for A International Freight Forwarder Company,there are many problems appear in its development process with the increase plan the business process of cross-border e-commerce logistics business of A International Freight Forwarder Company,uses business ecosystem theory to plan the layout of the whole cross-border logistics industry,and uses value chain theory and enterprise competitive strategy theory to optimize cross-border e-commerce logistics business and integrate logistics system.Based on the field investigation of the operation of A International Freight Forwarder Company,this paper analyses the current situation and problems of cross-border e-commerce logistics of A International Freight Forwarder Company,such as backward information technology,serious segmentation,lack of specialized services,lack of professional logistics personnel,high logistics operation cost,long transportation and distribution cycle and so on.There are many reasons for this problem,such as the backward concept of the freight forwarder company’s managers,the lack of overall planning,the lack of attention to service innovation,less intelligent investment and so on.On this basis,we choose 3 logistics enterprises in China to analyze the cross-border e-commerce logistics business,in which Qingdao A logistics company adopts a wholly-owned business strategy,Jincheng International Logistics Group adopts the Internet + operation strategy,and the third party logistics company adopts the strategy of low cost operation.Through the analysis of the successful experience of these 3 companies,it is concluded that A International Freight Forwarder Company is in the process of achieving its success.We must choose one of the point as our own advantage,and use this advantage to carry out relevant business and attract customers’ attention in the future development process.A International Freight Forwarder company can improve their cross-border e-commerce logistics development from the following five aspects.First,we should strengthen the construction of informatization and standardization,improve the efficiency of cross-border e-commerce logistics services,such as learning new information technologies,electronic data exchange,GPS positioning,data warehousing,and so on.We should apply these new information technologies to the logistics process as soon as possible,and strive to achieve an efficient management mode of integration of procurement,order,distribution and inventory control.We should popularize the application of logistics information technology,make use of logistics information management system to locate goods,let customers track the status of goods in real time,build up same time,we should strengthen the alliance with other logistics enterprises to enhance the transport capacity and achieve the common development.Third,we should achieve company’s large-scale development,reduce the cost of cross-border e-commerce logistics management,such as choosing domestic large-scale logistics enterprises to unite and realize their complementary advantages.Fourth,we should optimize the strategy of talent introduction,improve the quality of cross-border e-commerce logistics practitioners,such as introducing or training talents who can master all kinds of automated logistics equipment technology,and introducing high-quality comprehensive talents.Fifth,we should optimize logistics transport costs,increase company’s revenue of cross-border e-commerce logistics transportation,ensure the timeliness of delivery of goods to customers,and rationally plan and integrate land and air transport modes.Sixth,we should improve the degree of service specialization,effectively enhance customer viscosity of cross-border e-commerce logistics,minimize the number of functional management,and deal with customer feedback as quickly as possible.It can be seen that in order to achieve the sustainable development of cross-border e-commerce logistics business of A International Freight Forwarder Company,we must well understand the current situation and
