Study On The Choice And Realization Mechanism Of Rural Financial Poverty Alleviation Model In Hubei Province

Poverty alleviation in China has become a major undertaking to promote social stability and economic development.At this stage,China's economy has maintained rapid development,however,the imbalance between the development of the region,the imperfect distribution system and other factors have contributed to the growing poverty gap.Adhering to the implementation of the financial poverty alleviation strategy is to ensure that China can achieve all poverty-stricken people out of poverty by 2020 and successfully complete the 13 th Five-Year Plan.At present,China's financial poverty alleviation work has entered a new stage of development,promoted the economic development of poverty-stricken areas,and completely eliminated the poverty-stricken population has risen to the national strategic height.China has been committed to the work of financial poverty alleviation.The mode selection and realization mechanism of financial poverty alleviation has also been continuously improved in line with the reality of poverty alleviation work,and played an important role in promoting the development of poverty alleviation in China.However,China's financial poverty alleviation work has always had some historical problems,such as the low precision of financial poverty alleviation,low efficiency,and poor sustainability.Therefore,this paper attempts to study the selection and realization mechanism of rural financial poverty alleviation mode in Hubei Province from two aspects.First,on the domestic level,based on the analysis of the current situation of rural financial poverty alleviation in Hubei Province,further analysis of the rural financial poverty alleviation problem in Hubei Province at this stage;Second,at the level of international and domestic integration,in-depth discussion of domestic and international financial poverty alleviation experience is conducive to the rural financial poverty alleviation work in Hubei Province to learn from domestic and foreign successful poverty alleviation experience.This paper first expounds the main theories of financial poverty alleviation,and analyzes the current situation of rural financial poverty alleviation development in Hubei Province.Subsequently,it refers to the predicament faced in the financial support work of Hubei Province in the emergence stage,and further analyzes the causes of existing problems;And by discussing the current effective domestic and international financial poverty alleviation models,Finally,it puts forward countermeasures to optimize the selection and realization mechanism of rural financial poverty alleviation mode in Hubei Province.
