Research On The Satisfaction And Influencing Factors Of The Implementation Of Precision Poverty Alleviation Project For Farmers

As the main participants and ultimate beneficiaries of the implementation of precision poverty alleviation projects,the satisfaction of farmers can objectively reflect the effectiveness of the government's implementation of precision poverty alleviation projects,and has important reference significance for the government's performance evaluation of precision poverty alleviation projects.This paper takes Geyi Village,Taijiang County,Guizhou Province as an example to analyze the implementation status of the precision poverty alleviation project and the satisfaction of farmers with different precision poverty alleviation projects,and use the ordered logistics model to find out the factors affecting the satisfaction of different types of precision poverty alleviation projects.According to the research,the satisfaction degree of farmers' implementation of precision poverty alleviation projects is generally at the level of general satisfaction,38.3% of the farmers are satisfied with the implementation of the capacity training program,and 45.9% of the farmers are satisfied with the implementation of the production and life improvement project,only 14.4% of farmers expressed satisfaction with the implementation of industrial poverty alleviation projects.At the same time,the factors affecting the satisfaction of different precision poverty alleviation projects are quite different.The "revenue change situation" and "the whole village poverty alleviation" variables in the project implementation variables have significant positive impact on the satisfaction of the three types of project implementation;The "know the project" and "acquired project"variables are positively related to the implementation of industrial poverty alleviationprojects and capacity training projects;the "understanding channel" variables are negatively related to the implementation satisfaction of industrial poverty alleviation projects;the "implementation" variables and the implementation of production and life improvement projects Satisfaction is positively related.The "gender" variables in the household characteristic variables were significantly negatively correlated with the satisfaction of the capacity training program and the production and life improvement project implementation;the "age" variable was significantly negatively correlated with the implementation satisfaction of the industrial poverty alleviation project,and was significantly positively correlated with the other two types of poverty alleviation projects;The social identity variable was significantly positively correlated with the implementation satisfaction of the industrial poverty alleviation project,and was significantly negatively correlated with the capacity training program;the "head of household education" variable was significantly negatively correlated with the implementation satisfaction of the industrial poverty alleviation project;Farmers' "labor" is negatively correlated with the implementation satisfaction of industrial poverty alleviation projects;the “ study for school" variable and ability training program Implementation satisfaction is significantly positively correlated.Among them,the implementation of precision poverty alleviation projects is the most important factor affecting satisfaction.Based on this,this paper proposes policy recommendations to improve farmers' satisfaction with different precision poverty alleviation projects,in order to promote the smooth implementation of precision poverty alleviation projects.
