With the development of mobile communication network,smart devices such as smart phones and tablet computers have been more widely used,and APPs run through the lives of a large number of consumers.At the same time,in recent years,Per Capita Disposable Income in China shows a growing trend,which means that residents' demand for financial planning is increasingly strong.Therefore,many enterprises and financial institutions have also launched corresponding financial management APPs in line with the trend.This study takes financial management APPs as the research object,analyzes the influencing factors of residents' intention to use financial management APPs,and analyzes this problem by means of combining questionnaire research and empirical research.This article is based on the integration of Technology Acceptance Model,Task-Technology Fit model and the theory of Perceived Risk,and introduces two new variable called social influences and brand cognition.Social influences is an extension of subjective norm of the theory of reasoned action and the theory of planned behavior.Brand cognition is introduced according to the rule of thumb.In order to measure each variable,some questions are designed and likert scale is used to make these questions quantitative.After the reliability and validity test of the collected sample data,this article use structural equation model to analyze questionnaire results.Empirical results show that perceived usefulness,brand cognition and social influences all have a significant positive impact on people's willingness to use,while perceived risk has a significant negative impact on them.Although task-technology fit and perceived ease of use have no direct impact on people's willingness to use,they influence it by influencing perceived usefulness and therefore have a positive impact on it.In the last part,this article put forward some suggestions to the enterprises and financial institution which plan to design its own financial management APPs according to the empirical results.Firstly,they should improve the system of their financial management APPs to enhance its task technical compatibility.Secondly,simplify products' design and improve the usability of financial management APPs.Thirdly,according to users' needs,improve the perceived usefulness of financial management APPs.Fourthly,strengthen risk prevention and control,reduce users' risk perception and increase publicity.Last but not least,they should pay attention to brand building.
