Benefiting from the growth of personal wealth market, the rapid development of Internet technology such as big data, cloud computing and artificial intelligence, and the encouragement from national policy,China's Internet financial management market is developing in full swing in recent years. The major Internet companies and traditional financial institutions all launched their own mobile financial management platforms.Internet financial management platform, especially mobile financial management platform, has become a regular channel for investors to manage their wealth.Understanding the factors influencing investors' intention to use mobile personal financial management platform will help the platform to develop appropriate strategies for investors' concerns, and improve investors' usage intention,as well as attract more investors, and increase transaction volume, thus promoting the healthy and rapid development of the whole industry.By reviewing the relevant researches in the field of Internet financial management both at home and abroad,we find that it is scarce in the research on the intention to use mobile one-stop financial management platform.Based on the Technology Acceptance Model,Information Asymmetry Theory and Perceived Value Theory, this paper proposes a usage-intention model with an attempt to identify the factors influencing investors' intention to use mobile financial management platform.Twelve typical scenarios are generated through orthogonal design based on ten independent variables, and 337 valid questionnaires are collected by distributing scenario-based questionnaire.SPSS 21 and SmartPLS 3 are employed to analyze the sample data. The results indicate that investors' usage intention is directly and positively influenced by perceived value;perceived value is the trade-off between investor' perceived benefit and perceived risk;factors influencing investor' perceived benefit are platform reputation, privacy and financial security, profitability, personalization and interactivity;factors that influence investor' perceived risk are platform reputation, privacy and financial security, system responsiveness and interactivity.Additionally, ease of use and information quality has a significant positive impact on the perceived benefit of potential investors in this survey. The study achieves the following contributions.Firstly,it provides a new perspective for Internet financial management research by adding one-stop financial management platform as research object.Secondly,it proposes a research model of factors influencing investors' intention to use mobile personal financial management platform,by combining the Technology Acceptance Model,Information Asymmetry Theory, and Perceived Value Theory and the characteristics of mobile financial management.Thirdly, some valuable conclusions are obtained by empirical analysis.Last but not least,it provides a lot detailed and practical suggestions for the Internet companies and financial institutions.
