Agriculture-related enterprises are an important organizational form to promote the construction and development of China's agricultural modernization,and are also the main driving force for promoting agricultural economic development.The proposal of the “Belt and Road Initiative” not only brings opportunities for Chinese enterprises to enter the international market,but also gives enterprises new responsibilities and challenges.Enterprises go abroad to conduct foreign trade,investment and other activities,and cooperated with foreign governments,enterprises and research institutes.In the process of global economic integration,corporate social responsibility has received increasing attention and is an important factor in promoting the development of competitiveness.However,at present,the awareness of social responsibility of agricultural enterprises in China is generally not enough,and a large number of corporate violations are constantly exposed.As a result,the reputation of enterprises in the host country's employees,consumers,partners,governments and other stakeholders has been declining,which is not conducive to the international competitiveness of enterprises.Therefore,from the perspective of corporate's international reputation,exploring the path of corporate social responsibility's influence on international competitiveness and promoting enterprises to fulfill due responsibilities to society actively is of great significance for improving the international competitiveness and promoting the better explosion of agriculture-related enterprises.The main contents of this paper are as follows.The first chapter introduces the academic background,research objective and significance of the subject,and analyzes the current domestic and international research status on the motivation of enterprises and the impact of CSR on the competitiveness of enterprises,and proposes the research thoughts,techniques and innovation points.The second chapter defines the main concepts including the “going out” agriculture-related enterprises,corporate's social responsibility,corporate's international reputation,and international competitiveness of enterprises,and on stakeholder theory,social contract theory.It also introduces the relevant theoretical foundations of social identity theory and mediation effect test principle.The third chapter,based on statistical data and enterprise research data,analyzes the basic situation of China's agriculture-related enterprises from fulfilling their social responsibilities,the characteristics of agricultural enterprises' fulfillment of social responsibilities,and the motivation of agricultural enterprises to fulfill their social responsibilities.The fourth chapter,using the incomplete information dynamic game method,theoretically analyzes how CSR Reputation Effect can influence the international competitiveness of enterprises through the influence of stakeholders,and establishes the theoretical basis of CSR and international competitiveness' s relationship.The fifth chapter constructs a theory model of the relationship between variables,and presents research hypotheses;introducing data sources,sample basic conditions and variables,and using Cronbach's Alpha to measure the reliability of the scale,using KMO and Bartlett sphericity test for validity analysis;at the same time,constructing the mediation effect measurement model;The sixth chapter,uses Pearson correlation coefficient to analyze the correlation of variables,and then uses the mediation effect test procedure to carry out hierarchical regression analysis on variables in order to verify the proposed research hypothesis,and finally use the instrumental variables for each model of endogenous test;The seventh chapter summarizes the research conclusions,from the government level,it proposes perfect laws and regulations,and strengthens the government's supervision;strengthens publicity and promotion,and enhances policy incentives.From the enterprise level,it proposes to formulate a comprehensive corporate social responsibility management mechanism to enhance the international competitiveness of enterprises;and to establish scientific and rational corporate social responsibility information disclosure system.It also points out the inadequacies of the research and the prospects for future research.According to the research results,for the current agriculture-related enterprises,the social responsibility of economic,legal and morality has a significant positive impact on international competitiveness,and indirectly influences the international competitiveness through the partial mediation of consumer recognition,in which the degree of consumer recognition accounts for the highest proportion of the total effect in the relationship between legal liability and international competitiveness;employee recognition,partner recognition,and government recognition does not have mediating effect in the relationship between the international competitiveness and the third-level corporate social responsibility.
