Research On Coordination Degree Identification Of New Urbanization And Land Health Utilization

The new urbanization is an important strategy to improve economic quality,ensure social stability and coordinate urban and rural development.In the process of new urbanization construction,green water and green mountains have become precious resources.Land is the spatial carrier of urbanization development.Rational allocation of land resources to ensure the healthy use of land,In order to achieve a high level of urbanization,It plays an important role in the sustainable social and economic development of a city.Therefore,study the relationship,Identify the degree of coupling coordination between new urbanization and land health use,determine the type of coordinated development,and the future development path is put forward,which are of great theoretical and practical significance for the realization of land sustainable use.Supported by human-land relationship theory,ecological economics theory,system engineering theory,intensive land use and sustainable de velopment theory,this paper constructs a new urbanization level identif ication index system and land health use level identification index sy stem.By using entropy weight method,comprehensive index method an d GIS spatial analysis method,this paper analyzes the development l evel of new urbanization and the temporal and spatial variation chara cteristics of land healthy use level in Dongsheng District and Town a rea.By constructing the coupling coordination model,this paper identi fies the coupling coordination degree of new urbanization and land h ealth use in Dongsheng District and Town area,determines its coordin ation type according to the division standard,and puts forward to im prove the coordination between them.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)In Dongsheng District,the level of new urbanization and healthy land use has been improved continuously as a whole,with differences in local rise and fall.From 2008 to 2017,the comprehensive index of new urbanization in Dongsheng District increased from 0.1992 to 0.9537,and the quality of urbanization development has been significantly improved.The annual growth rate has changed from a fluctuating trend to a gentle one,indicating that the development of new urbanization in Dongsheng District will tend to grow steadily.The level of new urbanization in Hantai town,Tongchuan town and urban area has been increasing year by year,and Boerjianghaizi town has decreased slightly,and the spatial difference of the town tends to be significant.The comprehensive index of land health use in Dongsheng District has increased from 0.2794 to 0.7198,the annual growth rate basically shows an increasing trend,which indicates that the level of land health use in Dongsheng District is constantly improving.The level of land health use in Hantai town 、Boerjianghaizi town and urban area is improved.Tongchuan town is slightly reduced.There are significant regional differences in Dongsheng District.(2)The coupling coordination degree between new urbanization and land health use in Dongsheng District has been obviously improved.There are spatial differences in the town area.The coupling relationship between new urbanization and land health utilization in Dongsheng District has been in the antagonistic stage.but its coupling coordination degree has increased from 0.2411 to 0.4529 year by year,from low coordination to moderate coordination,in which it has experienced the type of mild imbalance.which has been raised by lower coordination.The trend of coupling and coordination between new urbanization and land utilization in Dongsheng District is better.In general,it is changed from the new urbanization hysteresis type to the land healthy utilization lag type;Hantai Town,Tongchuan Town belongs to the low-level coordination category of land health utilization lag type,the Boerjianghaizi Town belongs to the low-level coordination type of new-type urbanization lagging type,and theurban area belongs to the land health utilization lag type moderate coordination type,and the coordination degree of the town area rises greatly.(3)According to the calculation results and the actual situation,the development strategy to improve the degree of coordination is proposed.It is suggested that Hantai Town and Tongchuan Town should reasonably plan all kinds of land use,strictly implement land use standards and manage all kinds of land use meticulously;Boerjianghaizi town should optimize the urban functional layout of cities and towns,promote the intelligent ecology of cities and towns,and strengthen urban management system.The urban area should optimize the layout of land use,improve the management system scientifically and strengthen the construction of ecological environment.Through the scientific and reasonable improvement of the coupling and coordination of new urbanization and land health use,the sustainable social and economic development of Dongsheng District and Town area can be promoted.
