In recent years,in order to meet the needs of China's economic development,CCB has launched its own cash management products and gradually occupied the high-end market of some domestic and multinational companies.CCB Zhengzhou Free Trade Zone relies on Henan Free Trade Zone to use its policy advantages,persist in innovation,and continuously promote cash management business,further promoting and promoting the CCB cash management brand “YU DAO”,providing customers with a series of account services,fund settlement,Financing and risk management will further enhance the core advantages of CCB's finance.Cash management is a comprehensive financial services business in which commercial banks provide corporate customers with cash flow management as their core.However,due to the expansion of demand for cash management related products,research and development and follow-up are in the development stage,for the introduction of cash pool products,such as cash pool,bill pool,regulatory easy,small micro-fast loans and other products,and optimization of cash management channels There are problems that need to be solved and perfected.Based on the theoretical basis of marketing theory and financial innovation theory,this paper first analyzes the development of cash management business of commercial banks in China,and combines the characteristics of cash management business of foreign commercial banks to analyze the development of cash management business at home and abroad.Secondly,starting from the current situation of the cash management business of CCB Zhengzhou Free Trade Branch,the paper focuses on the product business system,cash management business application and service effects,and concludes that there is a cash management development problem in CCB Zhengzhou Free Trade Zone.Thirdly,in view of the lack of innovation ability of cash management products and the huge management system of CCB,the unscientific collaboration between departments and departments,the lack of cash management services,and the lack of talents and faults in cash management business,analyze the causes and actively seek Reasonable solutions.Finally,this paper combines relevant theories and draws on the more mature operating mechanism of commercial banks,mainly from the new model of marketing,enhances the innovation ability and integration ability of cash management products,and accelerates the CCB “YU DAO” cash management brand and customers.In terms of services and stable customer relationships,the development strategy of CCB Zhengzhou Free Trade Branch's cash management business was put forward,thus promoting the long-term development of the CCB Zhengzhou Free Trade Branch's cash management business.
