Study On Disposal Of Bad Assets In DY Agricultural Bank

At present,DY Agricultural Bank has set up professional departments and leading institutions for bad asset management,but due to the less experience in bad assets disposal,the management system and incentive mechanism are not perfect,and disposal methods are relatively simple.There is still room for improvement.DY Agricultural Bank as one of the state-owned commercial banks,and its operating characteristics and a number of commercial banks have similarities.As the rapid development of commercial banks in recent years,risk management system and internal control mechanism is not perfect,resulting in frequent non-performing loans,seriously affected the overall economic efficiency of commercial banks.I choose the DY Agricultural Bank as the object of the disposal of non-performing assets,other commercial banks also have similar or the same characteristics in the research process of the proposed non-performing assets disposal recommendations,also on other commercial banks with non-performing assets disposal reference.It is pointed out that the problems and causes of the non-performing assets of DY Agricultural Bank are the instability of macroeconomic policies,the weak financial supervision,the unsatisfactory social credit environment,the high risk industry concentration,the defects of DY Agricultural Bank's internal control system,Lack of personnel quality to be improved.And analyze the present situation of the disposal of non-performing assets of DY Agricultural Bank,including the development course of DY Agricultural Bank's non-performing assets disposal,the risk-taking measures taken by DY Agricultural Bank,strengthen the identification of disposal risk of non-performingassets,the disposal of assets,and other non-performing assets disposal measures,respectively,introduced the debt restructuring,bad debts write-off,litigation recovery,commissioned disposal,batch transfer and so on.After analyzing the problems existing in the disposal of non-performing assets of DY Agricultural Bank,the author puts forward to improve the management mechanism of the disposal of non-performing assets,improve the management level of non-performing assets disposal,actively innovate the disposal methods of non-performing assets,strengthen the personnel training and build specialized teams with bad assets,disposal of relevant supporting information systems and other countermeasures,and puts forward to seek government help,strengthen communication with the industry and actively set up the debt system,promote the construction of the judicial system,deepen the cooperation with the asset management company etc.
