Research On Risk Management Of Mobile Payment Project

With the mobile communication,Internet and electronic computers and other technologies with the increasingly mature,intelligent terminal-based mobile Internet payment business development is rapid.As an emerging means of payment,mobile Internet payments have improved the user's payment experience and have brought new opportunities for financial institutions,operators,third-party payment companies and merchants,and are increasingly concerned about the world.Although the mobile Internet payment market prospects for a good,but for mobile Internet payment risk identification,analysis,solutions,there is no mature model and clear procedures,there is no corresponding standard standards.There are no mature models and clear processes,and there is no corresponding standard,but the situation is more and more serious for the identification,analysis and solution of risk problems in mobile Internet payment.This paper is the research on the development of mobile Internet payment and the research of risk factors.Firstly,it studies the background and significance of mobile Internet payment.Secondly,it discusses the classification of mobile Internet payment system from the concept of mobile Internet payment,and finds out the typical commercial operation mode.The paper analyzes the risk of mobile Internet payment industry by PEST analysis,and discusses the related risks from four aspects: operational risk,policy risk,technical risk and operational risk respectively.Thirdly,the risk of mobile Internet payment system is studied qualitatively and quantitatively.The AHP model is used to establish the risk management model to construct the corresponding index evaluation system.
