Performance management is the issue that every enterprise must face with,as the competition intensifies,China's enterprises are facing competition.Many enterprises are exploring an effective way to improve and improve their performance.But the issue that how to implement the performance assessment and establish a performance-appraising system suitable for longer development of enterprises has become constantly explored by most enterprises..Using the theory of human resource management and performance management as guide and aiming at the improvement of the level of performance management of A securities company and the maximization of company value,this paper focus on the stuff performance appraisal method.Firstly,this paper introduces the basic situation of A securities company and the current status of its performance appraisal system.Secondly,through the investigation and analysis of the performance appraisal system of A securities company,conclusions are given,including the single form of A securities company's performance appraisal system,vague goals,the lack of quantitative mechanism,etc,which provide evidence for the improvement of the performance appraisal system of A securities company.The paper devotes to establish the corresponding performance evaluation index,from the perspective of the problems existing in A securities company.Three first class indexes are set,namely,work performance,work ability and work attitude.First class indexes set targets of 14 second class indexes for optimizing the indicators of performance appraisal evaluation.In this paper,the evaluation process will be more objective than previous articles.Quantitative data analysis,from the perspective of employees,can get more convincing assessment results;from the perspective of enterprise,is an essential condition for A securities company to achieve long-term stable development,which provides coworkers feasible reference to evaluate performance.Based on the human resource management and performance management theory as the guidance,to improve the level of A securities company performance management,realize the great value of the company as the goal,to staff performance evaluation method as the research object.First introduces the basic situation of A securities firm,the present situation of performance appraisal,based on the performance evaluation system and operation of A securities firm is analyzed,A securities firm performance appraisal form A single,goal is not clear,lack of quantitative mechanism,lack of communication,mid of examination in the late lack of incentive mechanism,and the assessment results such problems as lack of feedback mechanism.Provide the basis for the performance evaluation system of A securities company to improve.
