System Construction And Risk Avoidance Of China-Kazakhstan Economic And Trade Cooperation Under "One Belt,One Road"

Kazakhstan is an important neighbor of China,the strongest country in Central Asia,and the first stop and hub of “One Belt,One Road”.In 2013,China proposed the“One Belt,One Road” in Kazakhstan,which responded positively.Under“One Belt,One Road”,the economic and trade cooperation between China and Kazakhstan was fruitful.This is inseparable from the institutional development of the two countries,but there are also structural risks,which are worth studying and evading.Therefore,the thesis attempts to study this from four aspects,with the aim of promoting the implementation of the “One Belt,One Road” in Kazakhstan and the development of China-Kazakhstan economic and trade cooperation.Firstly,it explains the general situation of China-Kazakhstan economic and trade cooperation under “One Belt,One Road”.It introduces Kazakhstan's economic and trade status,foreign trade situation and policies.It sorts out the development status,achievements and significance of China-Kazakhstan economic and trade cooperation under “One Belt,One Road”.Secondly,it analyzes t the system construction of China-Kazakhstan under “One Belt,One Road”.Firstly,the environment for economic and trade cooperation between China and Kazakhstan is a relatively good.There inter-connectivity is relatively high,economic and trade cooperation risks are low and performance is good.Secondly,the bilateral customs,transport and border trade cooperation system structure between China and Kazakhstan is relatively complete.Thirdly,“One Belt,One Road” fits in with the “Bright Way”,and policy docking is feasible.Thirdly,it analyzes the structural risks of China-Kazakhstan economic and trade cooperation under “One Belt,One Road”.The political situation of Kazakhstan is influenced by "Strongman Politics" and "three forces",and there are restrictive economic policies and concerns.There are international policy interventions from Russia and the United States.The bilateral customs,transportation and border trade cooperation system between China and Kazakhstan also has defects.Finally,it puts forward the risk avoidance proposal for China-Kazakhstan economic and trade cooperation under “One Belt,One Road”.The first is to carry out bilateral and multilateral policy cooperation,strengthen political mutual trust,use the support of the AIIB and the Silk Road Fund,and carry out the “One Belt and One Alliance” docking cooperation.The second is to deepen the China-Kazakhstan customs,transportation and border trade cooperation mechanism.The third is the proposal for Chinese companies in Kazakhstan.They need to enhance risk awareness,close China-Kazakhstan relations and assume social responsibility.
