| The rapid development of Internet information technology and the increase in the active market of second-hand housing have made more and more homebuyers purchase second-hand housing on the Internet.The second-hand housing O2O e-commerce has resulted in a variety of business models.While providing more convenient,efficient and quality services to brokers and homebuyers,there are also problems such as uneven service quality and operating losses.Therefore,the analysis and evaluation of second-hand housing O2O business model help second-hand housing electricity business enterprises to identify and recognize their own deficiencies and improve them,so as to enhance the overall value of O2O business model.This dissertation mainly studies the business model evaluation of second-hand housing O2O e-commerce,aims to establish a reasonable evaluation model and provide methods and basis for the second-hand housing O2O enterprises to improve their business model.Based on the study and research of domestic and foreign scholars research on O2O,value chain theory and business model evaluation,combined with the actual development situation of our second-hand housing business model,we established the evaluation index system of secondary O2O business model based on the value chain,as well as interviewing internal platform staff.Then,according to the advice of the second-hand housing O2O industry management and senior staff,the weight of each index in the O2O business model evaluation index system was calculated by analytic hierarchy process.Finally,the application to build evaluation model to second-hand housing O2O e-commerce-F website as an example,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to calculate each index score,and finally F website business model for comprehensive evaluation results are obtained.According to the evaluation results,the advantages and disadvantages of F website are analyzed,and a series of corresponding improvement Suggestions and measures are put forward. |
