With the continuous development of society,the application level of computer technology has been significantly improved.During the entire process,the widespread application of big data and cloud computing technology also creates a good basic condition for the realization of the goal of popularization of mobile terminals.For the development of primary and secondary education(K12)activities,it is not limited by time and space.Especially in the development stage of the last two years,online education has become a major concern for the development of Internet entrepreneurship.While there are good market development opportunities,more and more capital markets are intervening.How to formulate a competitive strategy for K12 online education platform companies is worth further study.As an education informalization enterprise that takes the campus information software service as a starting point,W Enterprise has officially launched the K12 online education platform targeted at middle school and primary school students to provide teacher-sharing shared live interactive services.It has its own dual-market features,and the platform can create good basic conditions for related transaction services,while fully embodying the externalities of the poor network.This article uses the theory of the two-sided market theory and market competition strategy to conduct research on the W-enterprise K12 online education platform as an example: First,it elaborates on the development history of Chinese K12 online education and then combines the two-sided market theory on W company K12.The primary and secondary school online education platform conducts external macro-environment analysis and analysis of industry competition environment.Compared with the traditional unilateral market,the K12 online education platform is an important hub.The formulation and implementation of the bilateral market competition strategy will influence the course providers and student consumers on the choice of platforms and transactions.This part of the factors will also affect platform trading.Value acquisition creates a good foundation.This research shows that in the context of bilateral markets,online education companies in primary and secondary schools should adjust their competition strategies in real time,combine existing competitive advantages,In the aspects of diversified pricing strategies,differentiating strategies,promotional strategies,and dynamic competitive strategies,we put forward optimization proposals for implementing competitive strategies.Finally,by summarizing the research insufficiency,we look forward to future research directions and content. |
