The most important mission of supply chain management is to deal with the challenges of uncertain environment. At present, not only the market demand is uncertain, but also the supply and production are often uncertain. Therefore, supply chain needs better coordination plan to deal with this uncertain environment and enhance competitiveness. In this process, supply chain members also have different risk attitudes, which need to be considered in decision-making.In this paper, these outstanding problems based on the established corresponding decision model, the input, output and demand for seasonal products in uncertain circumstances of the decision problem quantity, and the environment of uncertainty in the risk decision-making and the coordination mechanism of supply chain. In particular, this paper considers a three level discrete supply chain consisting of a single retailer, wholesaler and manufacturer.First,we study the supply chain under the uncertainty of demand, and discuss the response of the supply chain contract to the supply chain when the retailer has the risk preference. Then, the more complex supply chain under the uncertainty of supply and demand is studied. On this basis, the manufacturer's risk attitude is considered. These models all discuss the retailer's optimal order decision and the manufacturer's production investment decision, and analyze the influence on the order quantity and the investment decision. Finally, based on the uncertainty of supply and demand, the influence of the coordination of sub supply chain on supply chain is discussed, and it is found that the coordination of the sub supply chain has a positive impact on the performance of the supply chain.
