Performance Evaluation Of C Bank Based On EVA

In recent years,The competition between commercial banks and financial institutions has become increasingly fierce,so the scientific operating system is particularly important.Scientific performance evaluation methods and value evaluation standards can not only link the business goals of commercial banks with long-term development.And the realization of enterprise value can be linked with employee motivation,so it is particularly important.Since October 2015,Bank C to approach the EVA-based performance appraisal strategy,and has introduced the evaluation calculation of EVA indicators in the comprehensive efficiency indicator module.However,the implementation has been slow so far.The reason for this is that in addition to the emphasis on indicators,What is more,it is constrained by the quantitative indicator system linked to EVA.Therefore,with the help of performance appraisal transformation in the field of work,this article begins research and discussion in this field,aiming to adopt the construction of the performance evaluation system of Bank C based on EVA,and then promote the EVA performance evaluation in Bank C.Firstly,by analyzing the current situation home and abroad in this paper,it finds out the scientific and possible angle to apply the performance evaluation method based on EVA.Secondly,through the description of the related theories of EVA and the commercial bank performance evaluation based on EVA in the paper,including the connotation of EVA,theoretical basis and computing method,summarize the traditional performance evaluation method,point out the shortcomings of the traditional performance evaluation method and the advantages of EVA evaluation method,which provide theoretical basis for this paper.Thirdly,in this paper introduce the basic situation and the performance evaluation system of C bank,through analysis the application of EVA,point out the shortcomings of the recent application,the core is the lack of a scientific quantitative index assessment system,and then point the gole of this paper.Finally,according to the problems existing in the current EVA performance evaluation system of Bank C,an optimal design is made,including the ideas,principles,and goals of the design,and an optimized C bank performance evaluation system based on EVA is constructed,and an empirical analysis is made through the application of Bank C report data.Through the comparison and analysis of EVA calculation index and traditional financial index,the scientific nature of the revised EVA performance evaluation is proved from the empirical point of view.And put forward the safeguard measures to the promotion and implementation of the improved EVA performance evaluation system of Bank C to provide new ideas for Bank C to build a more scientific and reasonable performance evaluation method,and then better serve the construction of Bank C's more complete performance system in the future.
