Since 2013,internet + finance growing very fast.A lot of Internet financial company showed up in the country,including third party payment,P2 P,internet financial management,internet currency,these new financial company bring investor more convenient and more efficiency way to manage their fund.W project is based on internet technology and Bulk Stock electro-exchange market,and contain both advantage of easy fiancé easy investment also contain both risk.By study paper from different places,this article illustrate risk management and problems of W project of B company.Because B company don't have system on risk management,and still use traditional project management method,W project experienced many risks,and many potential risks.After using sensitivity analysis method,we found the potential risk is higher.This article also analyses the problems of W project risk management,by brainstorming,interview,checklist analysis,flow chart to understand risk of W project,collect previous risk of W project,analyses and classify these risks,identify tech risk,internet risk,operation risk and market risk,and found out tech risk is the most important one.Combine internet finance,idea,tool and method of project management is different to traditional project management method.So the risk of W project is not only on internet risk,also includes financial risk,and the risk of two factors combine together.After considering all these factors,we identify law,operation,credit,market,tech,reputation,and internet risk.Considering high mobility,high risk and uncertainty,we choose FAHP and Monte Carlo simulation to evaluate the project risk,result is risk level of W project is higher.And then,combine project situation and B company situation,from different risk prospect and risk unit,provide suggestion on W project risk management.Last,use risk management in real project operation,and analyses the result of W project risk management and give summary,to provide reference for internet financial risk management.
