| Industrial gas,blood of industry,is one of the most important basic elements of the manufacturing.The demands of China’s industrial gas have risen year by year and the market competition is unprecedented.G gas company is a Sino German joint venture gas company,located in Guangzhou,aiming to Southern China,serving the shipbuilding,chemistry,metallurgy,petroleum,electric-power,aviation,machinery,construction,lighting,glass manufacturing,medical care,biology,pharmacy,food and other industries in Pearl River Delta.However,trapped by the homogenization,seasonal fluctuation,high logistic cost and low profit of gas products,the market competitive of G gas company is getting weak gradually.As a result,logistics,known as the "third profit source",has been more noticed by the company.Vehicle routing optimization is a significant problem in the distribution.Solving the vehicle routing problem well is of great help for the improvement of service quality,cost reduction and management standardization.This paper,the problem of vehicle routing optimization will be discussed.In consideration of the particularity of industrial gases,satisfying customer’s requires are the first priority.Improving the service quality and logistic cost minimization cannot leave without that.This article,according to the status of distribution of G gas company,will try to analyze distributing problems in the liquid gas tanker and find the reasons by using the methods of document research,case study,comparing and linking theory with practice.The author attempts to keep balance with supply and demand by building the industrial gas demand forecasting model for G gas company.The genetic algorithm is to be used for optimizing the vehicle route aiming for arriving in time and reducing cost.The project is expecting to increase the efficiency of distributing of G gas company,further,to provide a reliable references for the improvement of logistics in the gas industry and even dangerous goods transporting industry. |
