Research On Procurement BPR Of HD Corporation

As the starting point of enterprise production and management activities,procurement covers the whole process of logistics,capital flow and information flow from the supplier to the needs,which directly affects the cost and profit of the enterprise.For the feed industry,the cost of raw material procurement is more than 70% of the total cost.Procurement business process is to ensure the normal production and management activities of enterprises,and an important part to provide customers with the product and service.Many enterprises through business process reengineering to reduce the loss of the enterprise in the procurement process of the various parts of the waste,to reduce costs,to improve efficiency and enhance the company's competitiveness,and promote the continuous improvement of enterprise management level.HD company in recent years,the scale of development has become the industry leader,but due to the growing market competition,the change of industry environment,the development of information technology,HD company's management level and information technology have become the bottleneck of its development,to meet the needs of development,greatly improve the management level and operational efficiency,HD company launched the ERP SAP project,has brought the company's business process reengineering.In this paper,feed production as the main business of HD Company's procurement business process as the research object,summarizes the absorption of modern procurement management theory and BPR advanced theory,in order to realize the enterprise strategic development goals.How to improve the current situation of HD company procurement,reduce procurement costs,using the method of flow chart,flow chart,ASME method,ESIA method for the analysis and diagnoses the current status of the procurement process of HD Company.From the purchasing plan process,supplier selection process,contract execution process of three sub processes of procurement to reengineer the procurement process.And to reduce the purchasing cost,developing the new farmers direct collection,collection and storage of the procurement process.Finally,a set of evaluation index for the effect of procurement business process reengineering is established,and uses the MUSA(Multi-Criteria Analysis of Customer Satisfaction)model to comprehensivly evaluate reengineering effect.Points out the direction of the HD company in the process of purchasing.Through the research of this paper,the BPR and the modern purchasing management ideas are applied to the HD company purchasing business process,and hope to improve the purchasing management level of HD company,and provide theoretical and practical guidance for the procurement process of feed industry enterprises and related enterprises,and better help enterprises to reform,enhance the competitiveness of enterprises,so as to promote the healthy development of the feed industry.
