Research On Investment Risk:"A" Real Estate Project By "W" Private Equity Fund

In the past thirty years,the real estate industry has been rapid developed in China and became an important pillar industry of our country,is an important apart of China's economic and social development.However,after years of extensive development,the real estate industry has been unable to continue to maintain the rapid growth.From 2014,the real estate industry began to enter the status of adjustment.The industry risk began to erupt.For example: high inventory,slow sales,market differentiation.With the adjustment of the real estate industry,the real estate private equity fund industry which rapidly developed from 2010 also ended its savage momentum and began to adjust itself.The industry risk concentrated outbreak.Many real estate private equity fund companies were facing difficulties and began to transition.In this context,industry,market,investors made higher request to the real estate private equity fund manager.So we need to strengthen the risk management of the real estate private equity fund,especially the investment risk.We need to conduct more pragmatic research and find more effective ways to promote the rapid maturation of the real estate private equity fund industry.Based on the experience of projects and large data support,this article is combining theory with practice,quantitative with qualitative analysis,researching on the investment risk of "W" real estate private equity fund "A" project.This article use some methods as expert judgment,analytic hierarchy process,sensitivity analysis,etc.From the aspect of real estate private equity fund,this article carry out the identification,analysis,evaluation and countermeasures of the real estate project investment risk.Through the practical research,this article can provide useful reference for the real estate private equity fund industry and promote the improvement of the level of risk management.This will help reduce investment risks and protect the equity of investors.It is conducive to the promotion of the development of the real estate industry and the private equity fund industry.
