Research On Tracking Audit Of Government-subsidized Housing Projects In Z City

The government-subsidized housing projects has always been the focus of the people’s livelihood projects.In the 13 th Five-Year plan,it is clear that it’s necessary to plan the guarantee housing,the transformation of shanty towns and the construction of supporting facilities,and improve the level of housing security.In order to ensure the smooth implementation of government-subsidized housing projects,the National Audit Office has been organizing tracking audit of government-subsidized housing projects in China for many years.However,with the continuous deepening of the audit work,the various problems in the process of audit are also highlighted,especially for the county level,these problems are more prominent.The purpose of this study is finding out the key problems in the tracking audit of the government-subsidized housing projects,improving the efficiency and effect of the audit work of the county level government-subsidized housing projects,and promoting the better implementation of the livelihood policy.In this paper,through a large number of collection documents,integration relevant theories in this field,and through the interview to the related staff of the audited units,to understand their opinions on the tracking audit of the government-subsidized housing projects,and providing a practical reference for this study.Finally,the tracking audit of Government-subsidized Housing projects in Z city is taken as a case,analyzing the whole process auditing in detail,and evaluating the effect of audit,building a scientific and reasonable auditing model by design solution.There are four chapters in this paper.The first chapter introducing the background and significance of the topic,introducing relevant theories,summary the relevant literature at home and abroad;the second chapter analyzing the present situation of the tracking audit of the government-subsidized housing projects in Z City,summing up the existing problems,analyze the cause of the problem;the third chapter puts forward the plan for improving the tracking audit of the government-subsidized housing projects in Z city by drawing on the advanced experience of other parts of the country,and demonstrates the feasibility of the plan;the fourth chapter puts forward the solution of improving the tracking audit of government-subsidized housing projects in Z city.Through this study,it can provide theoretical reference and decision support for the tracking audit of government-subsidized housing projects in Z city,it can further solve the outstanding problems in the tracking audit of government-subsidized housing projects at county level,in order to promote the tracking audit of government-subsidized housing projects.
