Since the reform and opening up,China's private economy has been growing at an average annual growth rate of 30%,which is more than three times the growth rate of the national economy.Although China's private economy has made some progress in recent years,the development of private economy has been hindered due to the lack of corresponding support and guidance.In the current situation,private enterprises must improve their overall strength if they want to survive and continue to develop in the fierce market competition.It is a feasible and effective method to improve the efficiency of enterprises through internal management mechanism without changing the external environment.This thesis takes Inner Mongolia A Company as the research object,first studies the incentive theory and combines the private enterprise's actual situation to carry on the research to the A company employee incentive method.This paper analyzes the employee's satisfaction with the current incentive plan of company A and the demand for different gender,age,educational background.This paper summarizes the incentive effect of the current incentive scheme of the company through statistical analysis,and finds out the existing problems and reasons,which is the basis for the optimization design of the new incentive scheme.The conclusions of this paper are as follows: first,the company has not formed a set of scientific and effective incentive system.The incentive system of the company's employees lacks integrity and pertinence.Job satisfaction is relatively low.Second,it is necessary to vigorously increase the proportion of compensation,benefits,performance pay,and other material returns to the employees of the company,with emphasis on material incentives,and at the same time,promote personal ability and long-term career development by means of training and job promotion.It is regarded as a means of spiritual motivation and long-term motivation,so as to combine material and spiritual incentives,short-term incentives and long-term incentives.Thirdly,the effective implementation of the incentive scheme of the company needs a variety of safeguard measures to play a joint role.Therefore,the company should make efforts to strengthen the system guarantee,supervision guarantee and so on.Combined with the actual situation of the company,this paper puts forward some optimized suggestions to improve the employee incentive scheme of Company A,and puts forward the mechanism,system and supervision guarantee that should be paid special attention to in the process of implementing the incentive plan.Hope to further standardize the management of the company,fully stimulate staff enthusiasm,improve employee satisfaction,but also for other similar enterprises in the staff incentive optimization design to provide a reference.
