Fruit industry is an important economic pillar of agriculture in China,but as a agriculture,the fruit industry has a strong dependence on the natural environment,and it will also be influenced by the economy and society.Its development will be hindered by various uncertain factors and has a strong risk.Research on the risks faced by the fruit industry will help improve the risk tolerance of fruit and orange farmers and guide the healthy and sustainable development of fruit industry.However,the current research on industrial risk focuses on industrial and engineering projects,especially on the risk of fruit industry.Therefore,this paper takes the risk of the main body of the production and management in the citrus industry of Guang'an as the research object.On the basis of the risk management theory,taking the method of field investigation,based on the actual situation of the development of citrus industry in Guang'an,from the angle of different management subjects,the specific wind in the production and management of the citrus industry in Guang'an is carried out.The analysis and discussion of risk expansion.And from the construction of the citrus industry risk comprehensive evaluation index system,using the hierarchical fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to measure and evaluate the production and management risks of different management bodies in the citrus industry,and draw a conclusion.Finally,the prevention situation is analyzed and the countermeasures and suggestions for risk prevention of citrus industry in Guang'an are put forward.After analysis and research,this paper draws the following conclusions: the higher the organization level,the lower the comprehensive score of the risk of production and management,the low comprehensive risk of the operation and management,but the specific risk still needs to be paid attention to.The actual situation of Guang'an citrus industry production and management,from four aspects of improving the insurance mechanism,improving the degree of industrialization organization,establishing and improving the information publishing platform and innovative marketing methods,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to prevent the risk of citrus industry in Guang'an.
