With the intensification of market competition and the improvement of people's living and consumption level,enterprises must continue to put out better quality and innovative products or services to win customers and gain greater market share.ODM Enterprises are under great pressure to seek better development because of the shortening of product life cycle,the more complex technology and the greatly reduced probability of successful research in new products.For ODM Enterprises,the delivery rate of R&D Products seriously affects the reputation of the enterprise,and one of the main reasons for the extension of delivery or the failure of R&D products is the inefficiency of R&D procurement.Such companies are paying more and more attention to R&D procurement quality.Taking ODM Enterprise as the background,this paper optimizes the purchasing strategy of R&D materials for intelligent products of L company.This paper first introduces the present situation and uniqueness of the R&D Purchasing of ODM Enterprises headed by L company,analyzes the problems of its purchasing strategy from two angles of the company's intelligent product R&D material purchasing,and finds out the cause of the problem.Then,combined with the R&D material procurement requirements of ODM enterprises,the optimization of R&D Purchasing strategy is studied from the causes of internal and external problems.Optimization for purchasing within the procurement is from the perspective of process optimization.It finds out the process problems through ASME analysis,and proposes to use the appropriate procurement process according to R&D materials based on ESIA method,thus improving procurement efficiency.Optimization for external procurement is from the perspective of supplier Relationship management.It considers that different types of R&D materials need to adopt the corresponding procurement strategy,and accordingly establish the corresponding model.For the General R&D key materials,the double-layer integer programming(PIP)model is used to find supplier and optimal purchase allocation.For customized R&D key materials,there are identified suppliers.It introduces the cost parameters of quality effort into the benefit distribution model and analyzes the behavior of L companies and suppliers through evolutionary games,and finds the appropriate profit distribution plan,so as to help both sides make the best purchasing strategy decisions.According to the optimization of material procurement in the R & D stage of L company,this paper ensures that the procurement of R&D materials is consistent with R&D projects,improves customer satisfaction,and provides scientific reference opinions for enterprises.The full text is divided into 6 chapters.The first chapter is the introduction;the second chapter is a summary of R&D research;The third chapter discusses the current situation and existing issue of R&D material procurement in L company,and analyzes the reasons.The fourth chapter proposes the internal problem improvement plan through the process optimization.In the fifth chapter,aiming at the problem of external supplier management,a corresponding model is established to find the best purchasing strategy.Chapter VI is conclusions and prospects.
