Since the global financial crisis in 2008,the government has proposed a strategy to stimulate economic growth by increasing domestic demand,and has begun to adopt various measures to promote people's transformation of consumption concepts and consumption patterns,consumption is gradually becoming the most powerful of the troikas.In this context,the consumer finance industry has also begun to emerge in people's field of vision,while financial institutions' consumer finance business is also facing unprecedented opportunities for development.As a major player in China's consumer finance market,commercial banks have become an important engine for promoting the profit growth of the banking industry due to the continuous emergence of consumer finance business in the growth of non-interest income.The development of consumer finance business by commercial banks has the advantages of product coverage,number of sites and risk control.Dongying bank,as a small city commercial bank,is influenced by its development concept,capital scale,market positioning and lack of talents.As a result,its consumer finance business started late and developed slowly,with single products and lack of market competitiveness.How to find the right position in the target market,do a good job in the strategic transformation of retail business,and effectively develop the consumer finance business market has become an inevitable important issue dongying bank is facing at present.So taking dongying bank consumer finance business as the research object,firstly combed the literature about the development of the consumer finance,financial development theory,then analyzes the consumption on the basis of the analysis of the development of China's consumer finance environment,mode and existing problems,and then select three consumer finance business further participation in the body of the typical case analysis,based on analysis of the dongying bank consumer finance business development environment,participation way and specific situation,puts forward the existing in the development of dongying bank consumer finance business,finally puts forward the dongying bank consumer finance business development of countermeasures and Suggestions.The innovation points of this paper are as follows: first,it systematically analyzes the theory and practice of the development of consumer finance business.At present,most researches on consumer finance focus on one aspect,while this paper systematically analyzes the theory of the development of consumer finance and the achievements and huge development space in recent years.Second,dongying bank is selected as a typical case.On the basis of theory and current situation,this paper takes dongying bank,a small and medium-sized bank,as a typical case to analyze,study the environment and participation mode of its consumer finance business development,as well as the problems encountered in the business progress,and put forward targeted countermeasures and Suggestions.This is of reference significance for the development of consumer finance business of commercial Banks.
