Under the rapid development of the e-commerce industry,the consumer groups on the network side are increasing day by day,and at the same time,consumers are increasingly demanding the timeliness of logistics distribution,especially the end consumer groups pay more attention to the service level of distribution.In addition,in the whole process of logistics and distribution,the end distribution network is the core node of the whole distribution,and it is the key link between the merchant and the customer.The logistics distribution problem is not only related to the economic cost of the enterprise,but also related to the consumer experience.Therefore,under the premise of achieving better consumption evaluation and lower economic cost,how to construct an effective logistics network distribution model has become an important research content.In the existing research,many scholars mostly study the cost loss problem in the distribution process,the loading rate problem in the distribution process and the vehicle routing problem.Few people incorporate the buyer's experience into the distribution cost,and do not combine the end-of-sales process customer satisfaction to build the distribution network line model.Based on the above research status,this paper takes the end distribution of Jumei as the research object,analyzes the end distribution network and studies the network route model,so that the end distribution can get an optimal distribution path,and guarantee customer service experience while improving distribution efficiency.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:Firstly,on the basis of the research of domestic and foreign scholars,this paper analyzes the characteristics of current e-commerce distribution mode and the theory of distribution and transportation route optimization through literature review.Compared with the traditional logistics distribution mode,the end-of-sale of e-commerce companies not only pays attention to the delivery timeliness,but also pays great attention to the satisfaction of the customer service experience.Secondly,it summarizes the consumer groups and management status of Jumei products.At the same time,it also studies the characteristics of terminal distribution and the characteristics and process of terminal network structure.Based on this research,this paper proposes a path optimization model based on the satisfaction of buyers and sellers.The satisfaction function is transformed into a penalty function and added to the end-distribution VRP model.The model neutron objective function is aggregated by setting different importance coefficients.Finally,the VRP model with the minimum aggregation cost as the objective function is formed.At the same time,the feasibility of the model is demonstrated by using Matlab software to analyze the model.Through the above research work,to some extent,it solves the problem of whether most e-commerce self-operated terminal distribution lines are optimal,and the model is applied to the large-scale e-commerce distribution of Jumei.The example analysis proves that the model can provide the optimal distribution route for the terminal distribution,effectively improve the logistics distribution efficiency and service efficiency of the enterprise,and enrich the research work related to the e-commerce logistics distribution network model.
