A Study On Solutions To Fragmentation Of Agricultural Land

With the development of the contradiction of agricultural supply side,the aging of the main body of agricultural management and the abandonment of land in recent years,the drawbacks of farmland fragmentation have become more and more obvious.It has become a key factor hindering the development of agriculture,restricting the increase of farmers' income and the improvement of rural life.The management of farmland fragmentation has not only become the key to solve the current predicament of agricultural development,but also to promote rural revitalization.The first two chapters of this paper summarize the concept,causes and effects of farmland fragmentation combined with the research results of domestic and foreign scholars,and explain the motivation and necessity of farmland fragmentation governance in depth in the light of the realistic background of the contradiction between agricultural supply side;the third chapter summarizes the characteristics and shortcomings of the current mainstream farmland fragmentation governance model in the light of reality;and then in the fourth chapter,the scale is summarized.Based on the clues of the ways of realizing management and the direction of transferring land management rights,this paper constructs the classification criteria for the management mode of farmland fragmentation in China,and makes a comparative study on the practice modelling of regional fragmentation management with three small-scale farmers as the main body,i.e.,joint farming,household-to-household farming and land trusteeship.It further reveals that the large-scale approach of "service centralization" can accelerate the process of agricultural modernization in China.Combining with the important value of perfecting the double-level management system,and combining with the regional practical experience,this paper puts forward the suggestions of "enhancing propaganda efforts","clarifying the main body orientation","establishing the majority principle" and "increasing policy support",which can provide reference for how to change the mode of agricultural development and implement the strategy of Rural Revitalization in an all-round way under the social background of huge agricultural population and stage imbalance of regional economic development in China.
