At present,international tourism is one of the most active and highly paid sectors in the world economy,and as one of the most important factors in social and cultural development,it helps to improve the living standard and quality of the population.Experts from various countries have pointed out that international tourism has become the largest industry in many countries under the background of globalization.As the largest country in the world,Russia has great potential for international tourism.According to Irkutskmedia.ru,in 2017,more than 1.5 million visitors visited Irkutsk,of which the number of foreign visitors increased 34.5% from last year to 211,000.This paper chooses Irkutsk as the research object,which is based on this consideration.Since 2017 when the "Government promulgated the strategic plan for the socio-economic development of Irkutsk by2030",the international tourism industry in Irkutsk began to achieve sustainable development.With the development of tourism activities and the influx of a large number of tourists,conflicts between tourism and residents have arisen.Therefore,to study the perception and attitude of the residents of Irkutsk toward the impact of tourism can provide effective policies and suggestions for the local government of Irkutsk and further develop the tourism industry of Irkutsk.From the point of view of Irkutsk residents,this paper uses questionnaire survey method,descriptive statistical analysis and correlation analysis method to analyze the impact of Irkutsk residents' perception risk,income,attitude evaluation and decision-making attitude on tourism.Based on the interaction between independent variables and dependent variables,this paper establishes a dimension model and uses regression analysis to develop and verify the model.There are 11 conclusions as follows:(1)Gender,age,educational background and residence time are significantly correlated with perceived benefits,perceived risks,interaction,attitude evaluation and decision-making attitude.Occupation,income and income sources have no significant impact on them;(2)The perceived value of Irkutsk residents to international tourism and their attitude towards international tourism development have a differentiated impact.?(3)The interaction of Irkutsk residents' participation in international tourism development has a positive impact on their attitude towards international tourism development.(4)The interaction of Irkutsk residents' participation in international tourism development plays a mediating role between their perceived value ofinternational tourism and their attitude towards international tourism development.(5)The perceived benefits of Irkutsk residents are positively correlated with their attitudes towards international tourism development and decision-making.(6)The perceived risk of Irkutsk residents to international tourism is negatively correlated with their attitudes towards international tourism development decision-making.(7)The interaction of Irkutsk residents' participation in international tourism development is positively correlated with their attitude evaluation and decision-making attitude towards international tourism development.(8)The interaction of Irkutsk residents in international tourism plays a mediating role between their perceived benefits of international tourism and their evaluation of their attitudes towards international tourism development.(9)The interaction of Irkutsk residents in international tourism plays a mediating role between their perceived benefits of international tourism and their influence on the attitude of international tourism development decision-making.(10)The interaction of Irkutsk residents in international tourism plays a mediating role between their perceived risk of international tourism and their attitude towards international tourism development.(11)The interaction of Irkutsk residents in international tourism plays a mediating role between their perceived risk of international tourism and their attitude towards international tourism development decision-making.
