With the booming development of Internet industry,the whole society is more and more like a global village.Based on this,the Cross-Border business also came into being naturally at this moment.According to the statistics,the total business volume of our Cross-Border was 1.3 trillion in 2010,but this numble will reach 8 trillion in 2017.The YOY growth kept more than 40% at the beginning of these years.Even if the growth trend is in a slower pace recently,but it still can be maintained more than 20% YoY growth now;at the same time,the percentage which the Cross-Border business occupied the import and export business in our country will be inceased to 23.1% at the end of this year from 6.4% in 2010.Therefore,we have reason to believe that the CrossBorder business are playing more and more important role in our foreign trade.On one side,Our are more and more pay attention to Cross-Border business and launched a lot of policies to support cross-border business;on the other side,Pepole’s buying behavior have also undergone very great changes very much,they purchase goods from offline to online gradually,Because of these factors,there is a rapid development in the Cross-Border business in China and more and more sellers are involved in this golden opportunity,but with the more and more seller’s joining,the Cross-Border business is not the same as in previous years —in bule ocean market,but it is facing increasingly competition gradually.As a ten years’ Cross-Border solution supplier,the key purpose for ACC is to provide one-stop solution to the sellers and help them to increase work efficiency and make them expand more marketplaces easily through the automotived ways.After these year’s development,ACC has got great performance in product,marketing,customer care and so on.According to the statistics,nearly 30% fortune 500 companies are using ACC system and are ACC’s Loyalty users now.Based on the analysis of the current condition of Cross-Border business and the development of ACC,this thesis talked about the current market environment,competitive situation,the existing problems and the future directions of the Cross-Border industry,as well as the advantages and disadvantages,the potential opportunities and threats of ACC company.what’s more,the article also explored the marketing strategy of ACC,and offered specific proposals in the aspects of product,place,price,people and so on.In the end,this thesis also talked about the guarantees in the implementation of ACC’s Marketing strategies.
