In order to meet the fast development of EV market,the electrical motor development project is now facing big challenges in the area of short leading time,high risk and resources limited etc.The faced problems cannot be well solved by the traditional project time scheduling method,in order to solve the faced issues of the mechanical products development projects on electrical vehicle motor,the CCPM method was used and studied in this paper.In the paper,the technical risk assessment coefficients was used for optimizing the multi target recognize method while identifying critical chain;a combined method between CCPM and PERT was used to reduce the risk of delay for timing estimate;and the project buffer time was also well optimized by the risk probability of the tasks.By comparing between the previous and after,the optimized result shows that the critical chain was more reasonable comparing with the real project situation,and the leading time of the project was shorter,so the optimized method do have some help and certain practical value to the real project. |
