The booming development of mobile communication and Internet in the world drives the development of big data.As an innovative business,it has brought a major opportunity for all walks of life to achieve transformation and win the competition,which has attracted the attention of many countries and enterprises and been put into the planning agenda.Operators have inherent advantages in big data operation.As Gansu Unicom,which has the lowest market share in Gansu communication market,it is the only way for its smooth transformation and revenue growth to grasp big data blue ocean business opportunities.Whether the expansion of big data products is successful or not is directly related to whether Gansu Unicom can achieve strategic transformation or even form its core competitiveness.Taking Gansu Unicom as the research object,this paper first on the data of marketing related theories are reviewed and analyzed;Secondly,on the basis of relevant theories,combined with the author’s work experience and relevant information,a comprehensive analysis of the current situation of big data marketing is conducted,focusing on the analysis of its macro,micro and industry environment;Thirdly,through SWOT and market positioning analysis,it is pointed out that Gansu Unicom must base itself on customers and develop a marketing strategy combining 4ps+4cs to promote the development of big data marketing.Finally,the paper summarizes and looks forward to the big data marketing of Gansu Unicom,and proposes that with the development trend of big data research and the continuous improvement of the industry’s cognitive ability,the big data marketing of Gansu Unicom will usher in new growth.In this paper,safeguard measures are formulated from five aspects,including institution setting,product operation,sales incentive,talent training and risk control,to ensure the smooth implementation of the big data marketing strategy of Gansu Unicom.It is hoped that the research and attempt can provide feasible basis and specific marketing strategies for the big data marketing of Gansu Unicom.
