Research On The Cooperation Mode Of Resource-based Industries In China-central Asia-west Asia Economic Corridor

As one of the six economic corridors of �the Belt and Road�,the China-Central Asia-West Asia Economic Corridor is a large energy channel with vast territory and rich mineral resources.Resource-based industry cooperation has always been an important area for economic cooperation between China and Central and West Asian countries.The potential for cooperation is great and the prospects are bright.However,most of the economic corridors are developing countries,the level of economic development is generally low,and the development of resource-based industries is lagging behind.Therefore,combining the resource endowments,geographical location and economic development level of each country,we will explore a green,open,reciprocal,shared and sustainable resource-based industry cooperation model,which will help countries along the line to play comparative advantages,extend resource-based industrial chains,and accelerate The transformation and upgrading of industrial structure will transform resource advantages into industrial advantages,generate economic benefits of �1+1>2�,and promote the construction of sustainable resource corridors in China-Central Asia-West Asia.The paper firstly summarizes the relevant research and theoretical basis of the resource-based industrial cooperation mode of the China-Central Asia-West Asia Economic Corridor,and analyzes the overall development of the economic corridor and the cooperation of resource-based industries to find out the current economic corridor resource-based industries.Problems in cooperation and the future development needs of countries along the route.Secondly,construct a comprehensive evaluation system of industrial international competitiveness,comprehensively evaluate the international competitiveness of resource-based industries in China,Central Asia and West Asia,and analyze the trade complementarity between Chinaand Central Asian and West Asian countries,and accurately grasp the degree of cooperation and cooperation potential of resource-based industries in the economic corridor.Thirdly,it is proposed that the resource-based industrial cooperation of the China-Central Asia-West Asia Economic Corridor should choose the full industrial chain cooperation mode.This cooperation mode aims to achieve comprehensive,multi-level cooperation in the resource-based industrial chain,upstream and downstream,and is stable.Many advantages such as high sexuality and strong ability to withstand risks can help solve the problems existing in the current cooperation of resource-based industries in the economic corridor and deepen the economic cooperation between China and Central Asian and West Asian countries.On this basis,the main realization forms of the whole industrial chain cooperation mode of resource-based industries in China-Central Asia-West Asia Economic Corridor are expounded,namely,expanding upstream cooperation,promoting cooperation in the middle reaches,and deepening downstream cooperation.Other forms of implementation such as infrastructure cooperation,financial cooperation,technical cooperation,and environmental cooperation in the whole industry chain cooperation model were analyzed.Finally,based on the above research,the main conclusions of this paper are drawn,and the countermeasures and suggestions for promoting the full industrial chain cooperation of the resource-based industries in the economic corridor are put forward,in order to deepen the resource-based industrial cooperation of the China-Central Asia-West Asia Economic Corridor.
