| The problem of poverty is a worldwide problem.At present,China’s economy is in the stage of rapid development,and its GDP even exceeds that of many developed countries.However,the problem of poverty is still a big problem troubling China.The Party and The state attach great importance to the current poverty problem in China,reform the previous "blood transfusion" poverty alleviation mode,and put forward the concept of "financial targeted poverty alleviation".Targeted financial poverty alleviation is a kind of "hematopoietic" poverty alleviation method,which supports targeted poverty alleviation with a variety of financial service means,solves the problem of fund development in poor areas and poor households,and guides the industrial scale and rapid development of rural cooperative organizations in poor areas.Shunping is a key county in national poverty alleviation work,and also a key county in yanshan-taihang mountain contiguous impoverished areas.Adhering to the spirit of "eliminating poverty,improving people’s livelihood and achieving common prosperity",the county government has made great efforts to construct a grand poverty alleviation pattern featuring special poverty alleviation,industrial poverty alleviation and social poverty alleviation,and actively carried out targeted poverty alleviation work,which has been lifted out of poverty by the end of 2018.In order to have an in-depth understanding of financial poverty alleviation in shunping county,this paper conducts a survey on the supply and demand of financial poverty alleviation in shunping county on the basis of sorting out relevant researches on financial poverty alleviation.Integrated with the method of questionnaire survey,field visits,interviews,from the basic balance of payments situation of shunping county farmers,insurance,lending requirements and participate in poverty alleviation industry situation and the concrete practice of the local financial poverty alleviation is analyzed,summed up the shunping county financial poverty alleviation work achievements and the insufficiency,then draws inspiration: pay attention to financial support for poverty alleviation industry,fulfill the policy of deepening poverty alleviation microfinance,catch the opportunity of counties in IPO green channel,encourage financial institutions to participate in the "accurate" for poverty alleviation,perfect the financial service network construction.In order to provide some reference for the financial poverty alleviation work in other poverty-stricken counties and make my own modest contribution to the goal of building a moderately prosperous society in all respects by 2020. |
