Along with the aging of China's population,the senior industry,a sunrise industry,has been widely developed in China.Among them,senior housing real estate has received the widest attention,and its prospects have been widely recognized.As the representative of the new first-tier cities in China,Chengdu is the main economic circle for the development of old-age real estate.Today,when real estate management and control is still strict,it is the most important work of the Wanan Kangyang Manor Project to do a good job in the research of the old-age real estate market and formulate a suitable marketing strategy.This paper starts with the status quo of the old-age real estate in Chengdu and the future trend of the industry.By analyzing the background,internal and external conditions,future development goals and customer needs of Wan'an Kang's real estate project,the marketing strategy direction of Wan'an project is put forward.The research introduces 4P marketing theory,STP,SWOT and other analytical theories and methods,and finally draws the following conclusions: Seize the opportunity of the development of Wan'an project and reposition the project.Located in the National Medicine Kangyang Manor,it forms a unique competitive position in the medical and real estate industry,providing daily high-quality health care for the elderly and the elderly,providing the daily Chinese medicine,the Chinese medicine theme life,and the experience of rural life.It is located in Chengdu,a high-income,high-income,high-income middle-aged and elderly people,based on the long-term,forming the company's own development advantages.At the same time,the concept of the aged care service should be fully implemented in the marketing work,and a precise and flexible marketing and promotion strategy and diversified marketing channels should be formulated to ensure the success of the project.The research results of this paper are theoretically a useful supplement to the real estate marketing field,and can provide reference for the development of similar corporate marketing strategies in practice.
