Application Research Of Responsibility Cost Management In Expressway Construction Project

Chinese economic construction has entered the era of socialist market economy with Chinese characteristics in an all-round way,and the development of the construction industry has also made remarkable achievements in the world.It is very difficult for the project management to achieve good benefits if we not update the concept of cost management in time,not keep up with the development of the times and not continue to improve the project cost management.How to break through the dilemma of the development of cost management,achieve high-quality construction products with the lowest cost and fully meet the functional requirements through dynamic supervision are the focuses of the managers of various construction enterprises.The responsibility cost management carried out by CRCC(China Railway Construction)can well adapt to the needs of the current development,and has achieved good results.Based on the study of the theory of responsibility cost management,this paper analyzes the present situation of highway construction cost management.Taking the LJ10 bid of Yuanshen Expressway as an example,this paper systematically studies the application of responsibility cost management in expressway construction projects by adopting a large number of management processes and data analysis.And this paper also studies systematically the application of responsibility cost management in expressway construction projec.By analyzing the effect of project responsibility cost management,the corresponding countermeasures are studied on how to improve the level of it in expressway construction project.Finally,based on the present situation of social economy,science and technology development,I give my own opinions on how to integrate science and technology into the responsible cost management and improve the cost management level of construction enterprise.I put forward my own viewpoints on how to improve the level of highway cost management in this paper through theoretical and practical resarch which can be used for reference for other highway construction project cost management.
