Abstract/Summary:
As the main component of the fabricated building,the PC component can not only improve the production efficiency of the component and ensure the quality of the product,but also reduce the construction waste discharge and environmental pollutionthrough factory assembly line production.With the strong support of national and local policies,the market demand for assembled PC components will increase greatly.However,the industrial production of PC components is in the initial stage,and there are many problems in the production process,which makes the actual production capacity of the factory far lower than the design capacity.Based on the production status of PC component factory,this paper takes sandwich exterior wall of the factory as the research object and combines the field survey data to analyze the production cost and production capacity of components under three different production plans and carry on comparison and selection of production plans.Then,on the basis of the optimal production plan selected,combined with the lean production management method,the optimization plan was designed from the three aspects of external wall production line process layout,production process flow and production site managementaiming at the existing problems in the production of the factory.The improvement measures include eliminating the bottleneck station,balancing the production rhythm in order to standardize and standardize the operation process of each process and rationally allocatingthe number of workers at each station on the production line and improving the operational capability of the employees to reduce the processing time of the components at each station and improve the work efficiency and equipment utilization.Finally,according to the optimized sandwich exterior wall production process,the simulation model is established by using Anylogic simulation software.Based on the simulation results,the optimized component production cost,production capacity and production line balance rate were analyzed and compared with those before optimization.Through the comparison of three production schemes,it is found that the components with multi-component single-line production scheme have the lowest production cost and the largest production capacity,which is the optimal solution among the three production schemes.Based on the analysis of simulation results,it is concluded that the production cost of a group of A and B components is reduced by 255.95 yuan compared with that before optimization,which is mainly due to the reduction of labor cost and mechanical cost.The production capacity of the optimized components was significantly increased from 3.218m3/h to 4.504m3/h,and the lifting rate was 40%.The balance rate of production line was also improved from 52.5% to 59.05%,and the improvement rate was 12.48%.Based on the comparative analysis,it can be found that the optimized component production process is smoother,the production cycle is shortened,the utilization rate of workers and machinery and equipment is significantly improved,and the production efficiency is higher.In general,the production line optimization has achieved good results,effectively solved the existing problems in the production status,and also provides reference and reference for further optimization of the later production line.
