With the coming of the globalized era of knowledge-based economy and the rapid development of internet and mobile internet technology,competition in all walks of life is becoming more and more intense,making human capital become the most critical factor for the existence and development of the company,among which the knowledge-based employees serving as the central part of human capital.Therefore,whether the company can attract and retain talents and whether it can maintain its competitiveness to achieve long-term development depends on its appliance of incentive mechanism on knowledge-based employees.Based on the review of the basic theory of incentive mechanism for knowledge-based employees and the analysis of incentive factors,this paper takes the knowledge-based employee as the research object and probes into the incentive mechanism of knowledge-based employees in household soft furnishing company and the efforts spared in optimization and improvement,thus paving the way for the favorable development of the company by making use of the incentive mechanism.What's more,the optimal incentives of knowledge-based workers enables the reconstruction of the company's internal and external competitive advantages,enhances the company's brand influence,serves customers with high-quality services constantly,and achieves long-term progress during the competition in industry and market.Firstly,the paper specifies the concept and characteristics of knowledge-based employees,reviews the research results of experts and scholars at home and abroad,sums up the current research status of incentive theory and the recent developments at home and abroad and describes the latest achievements about incentive factors and psychological contract of knowledge-based employees in recent years,making the theoretical preparation for the optimization of incentive mechanism for ST Soft Furnishing Company.Secondly,the paper introduces the industry environment and the company situation,including the development of company,the organizational structure,the composition of personnel,the definition of knowledge-based employees,and the specific incentive measures of the company to knowledge-based employees.What's more,the paper analyzes the existing problems,and the root causes of the existing problem towards the difference between the actual effect of the company's incentives and the awareness and expectations of its employees through analysis,communication and interviews.In the end,based on the summary of theory and the analysis of practical problems,this paper redesigns the incentive mechanism of knowledge-based employees in ST Soft Furnishing Company from aspects of employees' professional development,training&development,salary&benefits,performance evaluation,improvement of employees' working environment and construction of corporate culture,aiming to mobilize the workingenthusiasm of knowledge-based employees and create an independent and creative team full of combative force,during which employees' sense of belonging be enhanced progressively and that each employee can give full play to their abilities in order to enhance the overall competitiveness of company.
