Research On The Dynamics Of The Transformation And Development Of Resource-based Cities Under The New Normal

Resource-based city refers to the city which takes the development of resource-based products and resource-based industries as the driving force to support the overall economic and social development.While the economy of resource-based cities in China has maintained rapid development under the new normal,it has supported the rapid development of China's overall economy from the perspective of resources and energy supply.However,the extensive development model has not only brought increasingly serious environmental and ecological problems,but also it has brought enormous challenges and pressures to the sustainable development of the city itself.As an important part of China's urban system,resource-based cities not only provide impetus for urban economic growth,but also face the new requirements under the new normal.If they can take the initiative to change their original mode of economic development,it will accelerate the transformation and development of resource-based cities,and help to achieve long-term sustainable economic development.Yongcheng,a city in Henan Province,it is a typical city relying on the rapid rise of resource-based industries.Its development is still in a growing period and has the challenges faced by most resource-based cities in the process of transformation and development.Therefore,this thesis takes Yongcheng as an example to analyze the advantages and existing problems in the process of transformation and development of resource-based cities,in order to explore the path model of promoting the dynamic transformation of urban development.This thesis defines the concept of resource-based city,analyzes the basic characteristics,evolution law and connotation of urban transformation of resource-based city,systematically combs the research literature on the transformation of resource-based city at home and abroad,and makes corresponding comments.On this basis,it reveals the internal theoretical mechanism of the transformation and development of resource-based cities,comprehensively analyzes the problems of how to transform resource-based cities,and draws on the experiences and lessons generated by the resource-based cities in the international transformation process,and strives to master the transformation and development of domestic resource-based cities in an all-round way.Next,this thesis takes Yongcheng as the research object,collects the relevant data to understand the development status and the problems in the process of transformation,combines the root causes of its problems,and applies the relevant theories.This thesis gives the targeted countermeasures and hopes to promote Yongcheng has a better transformation and provides relevant evidence for the development of other resource-based cities.
