Research On The Development Of Farmers' Professional Cooperatives In Baofeng County

In the report of the Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the strategy of Rural Revitalization was clearly put forward,and the general requirements of "industrial prosperity,ecological livability,rural civilization,effective governance and prosperity of life" were put forward,putting rural construction in the first place.Under the background of the strategy of Rural Revitalization in the new era,the unique development mode of cooperatives makes cooperatives an important force and main carrier to promote rural revitalization.As early as in 2014,the Central Committee Document No.1 "Several Opinions on Fully Deepening Rural Reform and Accelerating Agricultural Modernization" emphasized the support and encouragement of new agricultural operators,and encouraged the development of various forms of rural cooperatives.Because of historical and cultural reasons,the farmers' professional cooperatives in Baofeng County started relatively late,but in recent years,they have developed very rapidly and made great achievements.Under the new situation,farmers' professional cooperatives have brought new opportunities for development,put forward new requirements,also face great pressure,there are many problems to be solved urgently.This paper focuses on the development status and current situation of farmers' professional cooperatives in Baofeng County,Henan Province,using the following effective means to study: First,make rational use of the relevant theories of agricultural cooperatives.Secondly,a large number of relevant data and cases are collected,and literature and books are consulted through on-the-spot textual research.Thirdly,make a positive analysis of foreign farmers' cooperatives and refer to their valuable experience in the process of development.Fourthly,the development process of domestic agricultural cooperatives is sorted out,the current situation,achievements and new situations of farmers' professional cooperatives in Baofeng County are studied,and the problems that need to be solved urgently at present are put forward with reasonable suggestions.This paper first introduces the current situation of the development of farmers' professional cooperatives in Baofeng County,then carries out a questionnaire survey and analysis,and on the basis of investigation and research,analyzes the factors that restrict the development of farmers' professional cooperatives in Baofeng County.Taking Jinniu Planting Cooperative in Baofeng County as an example,the existing problems in the development of farmers' professional cooperatives in Baofeng County were further clarified.For the development of farmers' professional cooperatives in Baofeng County,the main factors affecting them are as follows: the first is the factors of cooperative members themselves,the second is the factors of production and operation,the third is the factors of operation system,the fourth is the factors of market environment,and the fifth is the factors of institutional environment.In this regard,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions from two aspects: strengthening self-construction and strengthening external construction,in order to promote the further development of farmers' professional cooperatives in Baofeng County.This paper differs from previous studies in that it focuses on the development of farmers' professional cooperatives at the county level in Central Plains,and further puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for their development.To contribute to the...
