Research On The Farmer's Professional Cooperative Economic Organizations (FPCEO) To Promote Adjustment Of Rural Industrial Structure Adjustment

The Farmer's Professional Cooperative Economic Organizations (FPCEO) have arisen quietly in rural areas in China since 1980th and have been developing quickly. A cooperative, which jointly owned, democratically controlled, economically participated and benefited by farmer members, is an economic organization. This kind of economic organization has the advantage in improving the systematism degree of the farmer for entering the market, in promoting the agricultural industrialization management, in enhancing the farmers own quality, and in bettermenting the agricultural management which the government has been taking etc.This paper Based on the economic idea,practice and the researches on FPCEO at home and abroad, taking FPCEO in Yangling Demonstration Zone as example, the thesis analyses the developing state, principles, features etc of FPCEO. Based on the theory of the betterment of industrial structure, the paper discusses the role of FPCEO in bettermenting the industrial structure. Then taking FPCEO in Yangling Demonstration Zone as example, the thesis practically analyses the role of FPCEO in bettermenting the industrial structure, finds the problems in FPCEO in Yangling Demonstration Zone by analysing the present status and proposes countermeasures to solve the problems.The paper contents 6 parts.Chapter one General Introduction.This chapter firstly presents the research ackground,the purpose and significance of this dissertation, and then briefly summarizes and evaluates the dynamics of domestic and international research on the study of ideas. Finally, the chapter puts forward the methods, possible innovations .Chapter two the relative theories. This chapter analyzes the connotation, the character , the princilples, the basic type and function of FPCEO.Chapter three The practices and experience at home and abroad. This chapter introduces the main experience of west Europe ,Janpan ,America ,three developed countries' FPCEO and the different stages of FPCEO in China.Chapter four The Analysis of theories of betterment industrial structure. It introduces the concepts of industrial structure and rural industrial structure, the principles and basic rationality of bettermenting industrial structure.After that, the fifth part , the example—Yangling Demonstration Zone's FPCEO. This part introduces the prent status and the role of Yangling Demonstration Zone's FPCEO in bettermenting the rural industrial structure.The sixth part refers to the exsisting problems and puts forward relative counter measures to resolve the problems.six countermeasures has been put forward.Finally, The last part make a brief summary.It proposes the defaults of the dissertation and the questions need to be studied .
