Based on the reality of the situation,combined with the literature research,the introduction of CSR Incorporating into Business Strategy,exploring corporate social responsibility strategy into two dimensions: Strategic writing degree,business related to the enterprise competitive advantage influence mechanism.Using the method of literature research,combing the integration of corporate social responsibility strategy,competitive strategy,competitive advantage of the relevant literature,understand the frontier theory,provided a theoretical basis for the following assumptions and variable measurement,then the combination of theory and reality in the case of a research hypothesis.Through literature review,measurement methods into the strategy,competitive strategy and competitive advantage of corporate social responsibility,select 12 industry categories a total of 128 listed companies as samples,collect data and information.Then through the AMOS and SPSS data analysis software to analyze the collected data,including descriptive analysis,confirmatory factor analysis,correlation analysis and hierarchical regression analysis to verify the research hypotheses,the final conclusion form.The study shows that the integration of corporate social responsibility strategy will positively affect the competitive advantage of enterprises: Strategic writing will positively affect the competitive advantage.The relationship between enterprise competitive strategy types will be integrated into the strategy and competitive advantage of corporate social responsibility plays a regulatory role: low cost strategy will reverse adjustment strategy and the competitive advantage of the relationship between writing degree of relationship;low cost strategy will positively adjust business related degree and competitive advantage;differentiation strategy can positively regulate the relationship between writing strategy and competition degree advantage.Facing the dual pressure of corporate social responsibility and market competition,actively integrating social responsibility into business strategy is out of the predicament and realize the enterprise and social win-win and ensure social responsibility sustainable effective way.At the same time,the conflict in the process of enterprise management should notice social responsibility into the strategy and competitive strategy may arise,while avoiding disadvantages,seek common ground,to form a good situation of corporate social responsibility and boost business development simultaneously.
