Production line employees are the main force of the production and the operation of enterprises,and their work enthusiasm directly affects the stable development of the company.In recent years,with the development of economy and society,many enterprises,especially manufacturing companies,are faced with the problem of high turnover rate,which hinders the development of enterprises seriously.Therefore,it is a strategy of great practical significance for the stability and development of enterprises,which is to study the problem of high turnover rate,find out the deep-seated reasons,and develop targeted measures to attract and retain front-line employees.This paper bases on the theory of human resources.And it takes A company as the research object to get access to the related data of A company's production line employees from human resources department and to organize employees to complete questionnaires and telephone interviews,etc.By these methods,it turns out that the employees of A company complain about current compensation and benefits system,work-life balance,unfairness between different types of employees,corporate management,career advancement and other issues.Combining with theoretical analysis,this paper summarizes four reasons resulting in the high turnover rate of the production line employees: the national macro employment environment,industry employment environment,the company's internal management and front-line staffs' own problems.To solve these problems,this paper puts forward two countermeasures: one is to improve the employment environment such as the implementation of intelligent factory and the other is to enhance the enterprise internal management level,including building a company culture or strategy which focuses on people,raising the level of employees' salary and benefits,shifting contactors to full-time employees,establishing future career path,advancing the skills of first-line managers and carrying out independent management model to achieve the win-win situation.Through the research and solution of production-line staff turnover of A company,this thesis wishes to offer some support and references for Human Resources Management of electrical appliances manufacture enterprise.
