Turnover of human resources management, organizational behavior, psychology in the call center industry in recent years of research. How to reduce employee turnover, improve employee satisfaction, motivate employees to achieve their potential at work, the stability and development for call center profits, benefits, and promote the value of the call center to play in the enterprise, is to manage the practitioners, management theory field in the call center industry continues the exploration of important issues.This paper by the author LG Electronics (China) Co., Ltd. call center sector, human resources management practices, the evaluation of employee turnover and reduce the factors of influencing factors.In the specific course of study, analysis and empirical research to standardize the combination of research methods. Through literature review, on employee turnover intentions theory, theory of employee motivation, staff turnover model was combed.
