Traditional Chinese culture is the creative force that underlies the achievements of chinese civilization.It is also the totality of the nation's moral heritage culture ideas and spiritual ideologies.Cultural self-confidence is a major issue that has been paid attention to from the national level.Establishing cultural confidence is inseparable from the education and inheritance of excellent traditional culture.Inheritance is inseparable from education.Inheritance is the purpose and education is the means.Q company's traditional sinology training program is walking on the way of spreading and inheriting Chinese excellent traditional culture.It wants to explore new ways to promote China's traditional culture of the ancient speculative philosophy “five elements of Yin and Yang” that is combined with the trend of times.The training program of five elements of Yin and Yang will make people more wisdom to handle with relationship problems and psychological problems in daily work and life.This paper finds out the importance of humanistic spirit and common values in the current marketing business and management through the upgrading of marketing concepts.With the meaning given by the times,marketing is no longer about selling products or services.It takes relationship marketing as a means to find a group of people with common values to do a business,which makes enterprises have a sense of social mission and value.In the current business conception of common values trend,the key to the success of this project is how to position the training courses of five elements of Yin and Yang online and offline to meet the demands and preferences of different types of young people and old customers by relationship marketing.
