With the occurrence of Trump become American president and Britain fallen out of the EU,the anti-integration of world economy has become a new trend.Under the current situation,China has been limited in both international trade liberalization and international transport liberalization.In order to avoid that the Strait of Malacca will become the weakness of Chinese international transportation in one day,it must accelerate the construction of ‘One Belt And One Road' and give priority to the development of land corridor.As an important measure to implement the ‘The Belt and Road' strategy,Ministry of Transport of the People's Republic of China(MOT)and other departments jointly issued on an important document that ‘The action plan of how to promote the logistics corridor construction(2016-2020)' in December 2016.It is proposed to accelerate the formation of a green,intelligent,efficient and smooth big logistics corridor.Logistics corridor is a transportation corridor that is composed of a variety of transportation modes,spanning two and more than two region.It has features of long distance,strong flow,multiple hub and so on,and its strategic position is very prominent.There is a close relationship between the logistics corridor and the development of industry,and the interaction between them can't be separated.In the process of industrial development,the significant impact of logistics corridor on the industrial transfer is logistics corridor industrial viscosity.This paper takes Hubei Provincial of Humanities and social science research project(17G010),taking logistics corridor industrial viscosity as the object,then research on the existence mechanism and measure method of logistics corridor industrial viscosity from macroscopic to macroscopic and from theory to empirical.This paper's main research methods and content are showed as the following.Firstly,this paper reviews the existing domestic and foreign related theories and methods research about logistics corridor industrial viscosity,and this paper also conclude the concept,characteristics and influencing factors of logistics corridor industrial viscosity.Then,by establishing a reasonable logistics corridor industrial viscosity measurement standard,and along the Yangtze River logistics corridor as an example,this paper research out the dynamic changes of the Yangtze River logistics corridor industrial viscosity under different industries,stages and regions.And,based on Cobb Douglas input-output principle,this paper builds a theory model of logistics corridor industrial viscosity.At last,according to the 9 years' data(2008-2016 years)of the second industry in the Yangtze River logistics corridor,it constructs logistics corridor industry viscosity measurement model.The empirical results show that the number of regional population,the level of regional development and the situation of regional industrial clusters are the main factors that influence the second industry viscosity of the Yangtze River logistics corridor.Namely,they decide whether F >0 will be satisfied.However,the development of logistics corridor has a negative impact on the second industry viscosity of the Yangtze River logistics corridor.The results of this study show that the development of logistics corridor has a significant impact on logistics corridor industry viscosity,and the positive and negative effects of this influence depend on the development stage of the logistics corridor and the types of the industry.For the Yangtze River logistics corridor,the area within this logistics channel has absolute stickiness for the second and third industries.Its development stage is in the second stage,and all in all it has propulsive force to the second industry but strong attraction force to the third industry.
