ABSTRACT:The development of e-commerce of company A is still in its infancy. Its web service has many problems and shortcomings. Viscosity of website user, is usually used to describe how much the user depends on the website. The higher the viscosity of website user is, the stronger the dependence of the users is. And it reflects that the service of the website is more perfect. In this paper, in order to improve the A website service as the goal, using the A website user viscosity as the research object, starting from the service situation of company A, we analyzed the existing problems, combining the user viscosity measurement model of previous studies. From the two dimensions of emotion and behavior, using measurement indicators of the viscosity of company A website user, we built measurement model for viscosity, estimating the viscosity of A company website user, and analyzing A website service level, according to the measurement results. Finally, we suggested countermeasures to improve user viscosity, to improve, customer service, and the market competitiveness of company A.
