With the rapid development of globalization of market competition and network information technology,there have been many changes in the market environment,the enterprise needs to face the market environment and the changing needs of customers customized personalized,often need to faster reaction speed and efficiency and timely response to market demand and achieve the purpose of profit.In order to achieve fast response to the market,more and more enterprises to seek cooperation with other enterprises,their own are not good at business outsourcing,concentrate resources to develop their own core business,to improve their core competitiveness,and enhance the enterprise's reaction speed to the market.In this context,this paper focuses on the research of the order allocation of SMEs in the virtual enterprise environment.Under the increasingly fierce market competition in the current market,it is particularly urgent for SMEs to consider how to better develop and survive.This paper first considers the issue of supplier selection and evaluation.In view of the disadvantages of the imperfect evaluation index system for SMEs,an analytic hierarchy process(AHP)method is used to establish a weight indicator for supplier selection.Because there are subjective factors in the selection of indicators,the When assigning and considering each index,it is necessary to synthesize the opinions of various departments within the company.Use this indicator to evaluate each supplier to select the best supplier.In the following sections,this paper considers the decision-making optimization of order allocation(supplier selection)under the virtual enterprise alliance environment.The virtual enterprise alliance is composed of a number of product component manufacturers.The alliance can obtain product orders through on-line orders or tenders.After the orders are acquired,the Alliance selects its manufacturers to manufacture product parts and components based on the overall optimal principle.According to the characteristics of the model,the harmony search algorithm and theweeding algorithm are combined to solve the model,and the relevant conclusions are drawn: the hybrid algorithm is in the optimal solution when the computing time of the hybrid algorithm and the basic weed algorithm and the basic harmony search algorithm are not much different.The average settlement result and the superiority rate are better than the other two algorithms.
