A Relationship Research Between Independent Innovation,Competitive Advantage And Enterprise Performance

Independent innovation is one of the important strategies in the national development planning outline and has become the key lifeline of national economic development.At the enterprise level,advancing the strategy of independent innovation is not only a political response,but also a crucial strategy in which the enterprise can compete for its favorable conditions and advantageous position in the competitive economic environment.Therefore,this paper takes the enterprise's independent innovation strategy as the entrance of analysis,applies the classical theory and analysis methods of competitive advantage and enterprise performance.By reviewing and summarizing relevant theories and literature domestic and foreign.This paper builds the conceptual model of interaction of independent innovation strategy,competitive advantage and performance.Through the questionnaire analysis of 361 enterprise managers,the SPSS and AMOS statistical tools used to verify,adjust and analyze the initial model,the conclusions are as follows: First,the independent innovation strategy has a significant positive impact on the competitive advantage,and is the three dimensions of innovation strategy(dominance,openness,endurance)have different effects on the two dimensions of competitive(low-cost advantage and differential advantage).Second,competitive advantage has a significant positive impact on performance.Third,the three dimensions of independent innovation strategy(dominance,openness,endurance)have different direct impacts on enterprise performance.Dominance has a direct positive impact on firm performance,while openness and endurance have insignificant impact on enterprise performance.The research conclusions: on one hand,this paper deepen the independent innovation strategy theory and initially construct a research framework of “independent innovation strategy-competitive advantage-enterprise performance”,and improve related theories domestic and foreign.On the other hand,combined with the results of measurement indicators and practice research,this paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for enterprises to enhance their competitive advantage and performance,which has guiding significance for independent innovation strategy and enterprise's own development.
