Along with our country economic development,with the accelerating process of urbanization and aging intensifies,the new health care reform,the two-child policy as well as countries to speed up the development of drug retail chain operation and related policies,increasing consumer demand for health,medicine retail market share expands unceasingly,the county and the medicine retail market development potential is tremendous.On the other hand,the introduction of a series of policies such as the elimination of drug addition in the new medical reform,a sharp drop in drug prices in grassroots medical institutions,and no longer obvious price advantage in pharmacies,have brought challenges to drug retailers.JM chain drugstore chain is a county-area chain enterprise owned by legal person,which has a short time to become a chain drugstore.To gain a place in the fierce competition and improve the market share,it is urgent for the enterprise to develop.This paper mainly studies its marketing strategy.With the continuous development of China’s economy,the acceleration of urbanization,the aggravation of aging,the new medical reform,the two-child policy,and the introduction of relevant policies to accelerate the development of drug retail chain management,consumers’ demand for health is constantly increasing,and there is great potential for the development of drug retail market at and below the county level.On the other hand,the introduction of a series of policies,such as the abolition of drug surcharge in the new medical reform,the sharp drop in drug prices in grass-roots diagnosis and treatment institutions,and the loss of the original price advantage of drugstores,have brought challenges to drug retail enterprises.JM chain drugstore is a county chain enterprise wholly owned by the legal person,which has been a chain drugstore for a short time.In order to gain a place in the fierce competition and improve the market share through marketing,it is an urgent task for the development of enterprises.This paper mainly studies the marketing strategies of JM chain drugstore.
